Certified Scrum Master training 2016

The course focuses on the role of the Scrum Master, deepening on the understanding of the principles and practices of Scrum and the role of managers in an organization that transitions to this methodology. It will help the trainees to understand the preliminary tasks for Scrum and the changes in an organization that are necessary for sustainable success with Scrum.

The training was divided into modules. During each module, the trainer guided the participants through exercises that help to connect the material to the existing level of experience, learn new concepts and experience the concepts through practice.
