QMS trainings

This course presents the quality management system implemented in the company to the newly hired employees.

The training strats with the presentation of the ISO 9001 standard and its main requirements, detailing how these requirements are implemented in the company. The training continues with the presentation of the quality management system's documentation (procedures, work instructions, document templates, records, etc.) and tools used for its maintenance.

The agile software development methodologies are presented (Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban) with details about how they are integrated in the quality management system.
