We are looking for an IT professional who can handle customer support for one of our French customers.

    Requirements

    • Hands-on experience as a support engineer
    • Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
    • Experienced as support engineer and as software test engineer
    • Able to identify the source of the problem in the log files, XML, and API
    • Experienced user of issue tracking tools

    Responsabilities

    • Learn the platform and understand how it works from a user’s perspective
    • Respond to customer questions in a professional manner
    • Discuss with the final customers in order to gather more information about the issue
    • Try to reproduce the issues and identify the source of the problem using log files and XML files
    • Report the issue to the development team using an issue tracking tool
    • Collaborate with the software development team
