We’re looking for a mid or senior-level support engineer, who is a proactive person with excellent communication skills in English. Those chosen for the position will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for working with different systems, and software and following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues for web applications used in the hospitality industry.     • Excellent communication skills.
    • Advanced level of English with good technical writing.
    • Good knowledge of XML, SQL, and MongoDB.
    • Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.
    • Understanding APIs and protocols (REST / SOAP).
    • Nice to have: background in Java on a fundamental level and working with CRM tools for support like Salesforce or Trello.


    • Responding to technical support tickets.
    • Contacting clients to find out more details regarding the issues reported.
    • Analyse software system logs and database content to identify the root cause of the issues.
    • Liaise with internal teams (developers, test engineers, and product managers/owners) to resolve or escalate the issues reported.
    • Document thoroughly the findings, solutions, and communication with the clients of the platforms.
    • Recommend improvements to enhance the software systems' support process and user experience.
