Pool of resources

Our company is located in Cluj-Napoca, the second largest university center in Romania. In Cluj-Napoca there are 6 public universities and 5 private universities. Two of these universities, Technical University and “Babes-Bolyai” University train students in the IT field. Annually there are over 3000 IT graduates only from these two universities.

Our company has very strong personal and institutional relationships with the Faculty of Computer Science and the Faculty of Electronics & Telecommunications from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, as well as with the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science from the “Babes-Bolyai” University. In the framework of these relationships there are included research and teaching activities, too. This context offers us a very good opportunity to meet good students and to open them a door for a career within our company.

In Romania there are some other 30 universities that prepare students for the IT sector. Romania is the leader in Europe, and sixth in the world, in terms of the number of certified IT specialists, with density rates per 1,000 inhabitants greater than in the US or Russia.
