Ian brings to ArtSoft his worldwide experience and international perspective in growing software businesses – always encouraging innovation in our business and helping to guide our management towards the next level of company development.
With a distinguished certificate and diploma in company direction from the UK Institute of Directors, Ian is convinced that ambitious growth companies can apply the same professional corporate governance standards on their board and in their organization as listed FTSE100 companies while maintaining total customer focus and business agility.
At ArtSoft board level, Ian’s analytical mind brings coaching and constructive questioning which is then applied throughout the business.
Ian’s career expanded quickly internationally after starting on a fast track student management programme at BT and in an early spin-off which innovated in the financial services sector.
